A BC company is launching a campaign geared at promoting Canada's restaurants, food and beverage suppliers and culinary communities. Eat Across Canada aims to be the first website to bring these groups together in order to share resources and promote their products and services.
EAC suppliers will have opportunities to buy and sell supplies across the country, businesses will be able to post classified ads and post employment opportunities, culinary businesses will be able to promote their menus and their businesses and the public will be able to use the site to research restaurants, get information on upcoming culinary events, get information on new food trends and search for restaurants that will help them create special dining experiences.
"Our vision has been to ensure that our site is the most comprehensive culinary site in the country," said founder Jeff Furneaux, "and we will work on it daily to ensure it is a relevant tool for our food and beverage industry across the country."
